Our Club Room for such a unique ceremony is finely decorated by us, we guarantee a delicious menu and an elegant setting.

Special discount -10% for apartments (at a closed ceremony it is required to rent, a minimum of half of the apartments, or all to have a guarantee of the entire facility for the ceremony)
Parking spaces in a closed, monitored area. The number of parking spaces depends from the assigned to the number of taken apartments (one apartment is assigned to one place in the area).
Elegantly prepared room in the decoration of the Hunting Residence (If customers want a different decoration, it is required to hire a decorator / florist)
Service of non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the selected Menu option (if castomers want alcoholic beverages, it is required to hire a professional company, e.g. a mobile bartender).

ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

In terms of our database of contacts necessary to organize such an important event, we have in cooperation photographers, DJs, confectioners, make-up artists, hairdressers, etc.
In the event room we have for castomers disposal a multimedia screen to display photos or videos. And our own sound system for playing music from our programs or media provided by customers.
If the customer want a different Menu than offered in the basic variants, we are able to make an individual calculation in the range of dishes possible to be made by our kitchen. When the Menu is to be more sophisticated, we are able to organize additional paid catering organized by an external company, but this may extend the valuation time, as well as will involve completely different service costs.

ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION

Reservations and all arrangements of the ceremony should be made by e-mail, or at the meeting it is required to sign a sheet containing preliminary arrangements.

The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunting Residence exclusively for the wedding ceremony until 3:00 a.m. price 861.00 PLN
The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunting Residence exclusively at the ceremonial breakfast next day until 13:00 price 430.50 PLN
The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunting Residence for exclusive for the wedding breakfast and dinner next day until 5:30 p.m. price 478.00 PLN
The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunting Residence exclusively ceremonial for the whole day with breakfast, lunch and gala dinner for the next day price 861.00 PLN
The guarantee of exclusivity of the facility for the ceremony is only when all apartments are occupied during the ceremony.
In the price of service for our clients, your ceremony will be coordinated by a professional and qualified Wedding Planner. Qualified by the leaders of the Polish Association of Wedding Consultants.
The menu of the Hunting Residence is made by our kitchen.
The ceremony will be handled by our staff, only in the case of external catering it will be required to determine the issue of the ceremony service.

The offer of celebrations cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Breakfast from 7:00 to 9:00
Dinners from 18:30 to 21:30
The historic Club Room of the Residence is at the guests' disposal to sit quietly with soft drinks from 11:00 to 13:00 and 21:30 to 23:30

By the concluding of the contract and discussing all the details, it is required to declare hours of breakfast for the wedding guests.

The Bride and Groom have the privilege of receiving breakfast in the suite.

It is also possible to make breakfast in the form of a celebration, what will require an additional payment for the event room, ss well by the signing of the contract, it is required to accurately determine all the details regarding the corrections.

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

The contract of the ceremony can only be canceled with advance notice up to 30 days before the ceremony, it will only guarantee a refund of 50% of the deposit.
By changing the date of the ceremony, a minimum of 30 days before the date of the ceremony is also required, otherwise a penalty of 10% of the deposit is deducted.
In the event of cancellation at the last minute, or notification of the transfer of the deadline to the last minute in less than 30 days, the deposit is completely non-refundable and forfeited.
